I love to help organizations and people grow, and the practices of strategic communications and executive coaching are a powerful combination for doing just that. For more than 20 years, I’ve been a partner to phenomenal leaders who have trusted me to help them show-up well, build and protect reputation and engage employees.

I am a coach in training from the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). This complement to my expertise in communications is for leaders who have a desire to bring their effectiveness to an uncommon level of success.

My communications background is deep and diverse—from corporate communications to marketing communications to brand development to client development for global, public companies to employee-owned firms to start-ups and nonprofits. This means I know first-hand that no two organizational or leadership challenges are exactly the same.
